If you like my property, then when can I expect to hear from you?
Turn-around time will be dependent on the completeness of your submission form. If very little additional research is required on our end, and the property matches our criteria, then we will send you an email containing an informal offer within 5 – 7 business days. Not long after you accept an offer, we’ll be sending a purchase agreement document your way.
I was really looking forward to hearing from you guys, but it’s been weeks and there’s nothing in my inbox. What gives?
Unfortunately, we simply cannot buy every single offer that reaches our desk. Either some aspect of your property didn’t align with our investment criteria, or we don’t currently have allotted cash to make a purchase from you.
Is this just a listing service in disguise? What sort of fees can I expect?
No and None! We’re not real estate agents eager to earn a commission off you while your property sits stagnant on the MLS for months, and any fees normally involved in the selling process – title fees, recording fees, appraisal fees – will be ours to pay. Additionally, ALL closing costs and back taxes are covered by us as well, even if we elect to use a title company or attorney to facilitate the close.
